Cushman & Wakefield Named Leasing Agent for 480 Red Hill Road

MIDDLETOWN, N.J., Aug. 6, 2009 – Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. has been named as exclusive leasing agent for 480 Red Hill Road, a 285,000-square-foot, Class A office building in Middletown. An affiliate of AEGON USA Realty Advisors, Inc. owns the property, which formerly served as home to Lucent Technologies.

Joseph J. Sarno, Jeremy Neuer, and Nick Cerulo of Cushman & Wakefield’s Edison, N.J., office are heading the assignment to market the full, six-story building for lease.
