CUSHMAN & WAKEFIELD RENEWS ANTENNA SOFTWARE H.Q. LEASE
Long-Term Deal Set at Jersey City Technology Property

JERSEY CITY, N.J., March 9, 2009 – Antenna Software, a leading provider of enterprise mobility solutions, has renewed its worldwide corporate headquarters lease at 111 Town Square Place at Newport in Jersey City. The company has occupied space at the building since the early 1990s.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Peter Hamburger, Tom Giannone, John Cahill and Walter Schoenberg represented Antenna Software in negotiating the long-term lease totaling 14,500 square feet. James Lavin of Lavin Holdings, LLC, the building’s general manager, served as in-house representative for the LeFrak Organization, which owns the property.

Antenna Software provides the Antenna Mobility Platform™ (AMP), which enables organizations to design, build, deploy and manage mobile applications quickly and cost-effectively. Delivered as a managed service or on premise, AMP supports multiple enterprise systems and mobile devices from one unified environment. Powered by AMP, Antenna’s AMP™ mobile business solutions provide field sales, service and IT support organizations with pre-built, configurable mobile applications that help improve field productivity, customer care and profitability. Having a decade of success with Global 1000 customers, Antenna is recognized by industry experts and leaders for its outstanding commitment to quality and service.

According to Hamburger, the infrastructure at 111 Town Square Place makes it an ideal location for Antenna Software. “This is not a typical office building,” he said. “It is a true technology center. Every story has raised floors, and 111 Town Square Place supplies and maintains conditioned power, backup generators and cooling. These attributes position it uniquely in the market. No other property has these features as standard offerings. Additionally, it sits across the street from a PATH station, so employees can take public transportation from NYC as well as New Jersey.”

Hamburger added that, prior to signing the renewal, Antenna Software did consider other locations. “The company is growing rapidly and, ultimately, LeFrak was able to accommodate its space requirements in Newport,” he said. “Remaining in place – with all the high-tech benefits built in – was the best choice.”
