Cushman & Wakefield Reps Dynova Laboratories in HQ Lease
MORRISTOWN, N.J., Sept. 14, 2009 – Dynova Laboratories Inc., an emerging natural products company, has leased 4,300 square feet of headquarters space at The Point at Morristown, 36 Cattano Ave., announced Richard Baumstein of Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. in East Rutherford. The newly built property is the first Certified Green Globes™ energy-efficient building in the State of New Jersey. Green Globes is run by the Green Building Initiative.
Baumstein served as tenant representative in the multi-year Dynova Laboratories lease. The company will relocate to its new, full-floor office this summer from Parsippany, N.J.
Dynova Laboratories specializes in identifying small, promising brands, companies and technologies for licensing or acquisition and provides the clinical, marketing, packaging and sales support necessary for success in the dietary or natural supplements category. A team experienced in the consumer healthcare and natural supplement industries heads the firm, which is backed by Aisling Capital, a leading private equity fund that invests in life sciences companies.
The Point at Morristown is a state-of-the-art, energy-efficient office building that was built under the sustainable building best practices guidelines of Green Globes, an assessment and ratings system widely used by developers in the United States and Canada. The six-story, Class A structure sits at the corner of Washington Street, across the street from the Morris County Courthouse and just one block from the Morristown Green.
“The Point at Morristown is a great match for Dynova Laboratories,” Baumstein said. “This ‘green’ building fits well with the company’s focus on healthy living. Additionally, its downtown Morristown location provides all the benefits of an urban setting – mass transit access, dining, restaurants and entertainment – in a suburban market. After a thorough search in the Morris County region, it simply was the right environment for my client’s management team and employees.”
