Retail Real Estate Services Firm’s Leasing Director Cited for Northern NJ Activity

NORTH PLAINFIELD, N.J., June 29, 2009 – Levin Management Corporation’s Dale Mulartrick, CCIM, CPM, has been named a 2008 CoStar Power Broker Award winner by CoStar Group (NASDAQ:CSGP). The annual award recognizes the “best of the best” in commercial real estate brokerage by spotlighting the U.S. firms and individual brokers who closed the highest transaction volume in commercial property sales or leases for the entire year.

Mulartrick, who serves as director of leasing for Levin, a leading retail real estate services firm headquartered in North Plainfield, qualified as one of the top brokers in northern New Jersey based on total retail leasing transactions closed last year. In order to be selected for this honor, Mulartrick was measured against commercial real estate brokers active in his region by CoStar Group, the largest, independent research organization in commercial real estate.

At Levin, Mulartrick oversees the efforts of all leasing representatives involved in the firm’s portfolio – which includes more than 80 diverse retail properties totaling more than 12 million square feet – and is personally responsible for leasing at several select Levin-managed properties. Additionally, working with the leasing representatives, he creates individualized leasing strategies for each new property with which the firm is entrusted.

Mulartrick brings more than 20 years of specialized experience to these tasks. He is a licensed real estate broker in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York; holds the IREM Institute of Real Estate Management Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation; and is a Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM). Mulartrick earned a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management from Clarkson University and a master’s degree in Education from St. Lawrence University.
