Prism Property Services Earns Prestigious AMO Designation
BLOOMFIELD, N.J., Oct. 21, 2009 – Prism Property Services, LLC, a subsidiary of Prism Capital Partners, LLC, has earned the Accredited Management Organization (AMO) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Jonathan F. Hoff, RMA, CPM, senior vice president of management services for Prism Property Services, will be formally awarded the AMO certificate at the IREM Chapter No. 1 chapter meeting on December 2 at the Sheraton Edison Hotel Raritan Center.

Currently, an elite group of only 15 firms hold the AMO designation in New Jersey, and 530 firms hold the AMO accreditation nationwide. IREM Chapter No. 1 represents more than 200 property managers, owners, and developers in northern and central New Jersey. IREM also has 82 U.S. chapters, seven international chapters and several other partnerships around the world. The organization is an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors.

IREM’s AMO accreditation is only awarded to those companies who demonstrate a high level of performance, experience, stability and financial accountability, and have a Certified Property Manager (CPM) in an executive position. IREM ensures that these standards are maintained by reviewing accreditation every three years. In addition, AMO firms must abide by a rigorous Code of Professional Ethics that is strictly enforced by the Institute.
