FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE - December 11, 2008
(Free-PR-Release.com) The company reported that on 01 December, 2008 land bank of Russian Agricultural Division exceeded 150,000 ha which fully corresponds to the stated objectives. As of today, RAD land holdings cover several regions, including the Altay territory, the Krasnoyarsk territory and the Omsk region. All these soils are rich in nutrients, have high fertility and excellent structure.
In order to carry out the expansion campaign Russian Agricultural Division opened regional structural units, acquiring land plots and agricultural businesses. The main criteria for the choice of land plots are maximum yields, minimum climatic risks and favourable logistics.
“Since the Division was created, the process of land acquisition has been in accordance with the plan”, says A. Kalashnikov, OJSC RAD Director General. “It should be noted that almost 50% of land plots are being registered in full ownership, which strengthens the company’s positions and provides guarantees to investors. The price ratio between land assets on domestic and international markets is advantageous for us. Proved methods of work and relevant expertise give reason to claim that we’ll be able to meet all strategic goals by the end of the year”.
