Public Is Invited to Preview New Gated Community and Learn About Incentives From Local and Federal Governments

PATERSON, N.J., March 6, 2009 – The Vistas at Great Falls, a newly opened upscale condominium and townhome community developed by P&F Management Company, LLC, has scheduled several events and activities that are free and open to the public throughout March. Each of the following programs will be held at The Vistas Information and Marketing Center, located at 1 Jasper St., unless otherwise noted:

Thurs., March 12 – The Paterson PM Rotary will host representatives from The Vistas, who will provide information about the new gated community and the city’s Live/Work initiative. The program begins at noon at the Brownstone, located at 351 West Broadway in Paterson. For more information, call 973-881-7300.
The Greater Paterson Chamber of Commerce also will host its March Business Card Exchange at 4 p.m. Members and non-members are welcome.
Sat., March 14 and Sun., March 15 – The luck of the Irish will be the theme for this weekend, which includes special incentives and preview tours from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day.
Sun., March 22 – Join The Vistas for a “Spring Fling,” celebrating the arrival of warmer weather and spring flowers, with a brunch from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Sat., Mar. 28 – Paterson public employees, their families and the general public are invited to attend a “Mayor’s Open House,” hosted by Mayor Jose Torres, highlighting the new “Live Where You Work” initiative from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Complimentary refreshments will be served for all events held at The Vistas Information and Marketing Center. Pre-registration is advised due to limited space.
