Teacher Training 2009 Shiva Shanti Yoga School A 200-Hour Teacher Training to begin in September 2009. The training will be held two weekends a month at Shiva Shanti Yoga School in Rutherford NJ. You will be required to take yoga classes during the week. This is a 200-Hour course as outlined and approved by the Yoga Alliance. Classes will place a strong emphasis on the educational and historical aspects of yoga and the ancient teachings. You will learn how to teach a variety of safe yoga classes that will include the methodology of asana sequencing and practice, spiritual talks on yoga, pranayama, mantra and meditation.
